Opnåede karakterer i relevante fagområder:
Ledelses- og organisationsteori
Metode
Relevante fagområder (målt i ECTS).

"The master’s programme in Business Psychology has given me a broad understanding of human behavior in organisations and the communication that ties it all together. I have learned to analyse complex issues across stakeholders and to see multiple perspectives, which provides me with a distinctive approach to tackling challenges. As a team leader for drivers at Arla, my foremost task is to move people forward so that they feel both motivated and safe during times of change. Historically, drivers have felt at the bottom of the hierarchy, and my education equips me with the tools to understand their reactions, listen beyond the surface, and tailor my communication so that we can engage in constructive dialogue—even on difficult topics. The program enables me to understand underlying intentions and adapt communication to the situation, which strengthens collaboration and prevents conflicts."

With courses that translate easily into the real world, it has broadened my perspective and equipped me with tools to bridge the gap between theory and practice. "Through my Master’s degree in Business Administration – Business Psychology, I have gained a deep understanding of how psychological mechanisms drive decision-making, communication, and organisational behavior in business contexts. The interdisciplinary learning from management, economics, and psychology has provided me with strong analytical skills, which I actively apply in my work today when designing meaningful organisational change processes. It is precisely this interdisciplinary learning and combination that made the programme so appealing to me—and something I would not have been able to gain through any other degree.
